FORM is uniquely designed for athletic women who are seeking a functional fitness programme that supports their natural cycles and hormones.

For performance driven women who:
- Are looking to achieve a better balance in their training, whilst continuing to progress
- Are wanting to train to support their hormones, in order to have more regular or less symptomatic periods
- Are trying to conceive and are wanting more predictable cycles
- Have completed their postpartum training with HATCH and are wanting ongoing programming
- Have access to the minimal kit requirements
- Have carved out 60 minutes, 4-5 times a week to exercise
- Are excited about seeing improvements in their functional fitness performance whilst keeping the balance
