Billing, Cancellations & Refunds

 

Billing Cycle

Your Hatch Athletic membership will automatically renew based on your selected plan — monthly, or annually — and you’ll be billed on the same calendar day each period unless you cancel in advance. 

If your renewal date falls on a day that doesn’t occur in a given month (e.g. the 31st), your payment will be processed on the closest applicable day.

Modifications, Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Coaching Certifications

If you have purchased a coaching certification, have pre-enrolled onto the course but have not been admitted to the course yet, you may apply for a refund based on the following timeframes:

  • More than 30 days before monthly intake: 75% refund. 
  • More than 14 days before monthly intake: 50% refund.
  • Less than 14 days before monthly intake: No refund is given.

Please note: Once your enrolment/course has begun, our Digital Product Refund Policy applies. 

How to cancel/modify:

Please contact info@hatchathletic.com to cancel within the above timeframes. 

For those wishing to modify or delay their start date/monthly intake, you may do so MORE THAN 14 DAYS before the start date. Please contact info@hatchathletic.com.

Members Hub Subscriptions

All Hatch Athletic members area subscriptions are set to auto-renew. If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges.

When you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to your content through the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial-period refunds or credits for unused content.

Once a member has unsubscribed they will no longer have access to the content they had as a subscribed member. Members will always have access to their 3 free downloads, in the order they first downloaded them. 

How to cancel
  1. Log in to your account at www.hatchathletic.com

  2. Click your account icon (top right)

  3. Go to “My Products"

  4. Click “Cancel” at the bottom of your plan details

FITR Training Programmes / FITR Subscriptions

All Hatch Athletic programme subscriptions on FITR are set to auto-renew. If you wish to cancel, you must do so via https://app.fitr.training/ at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges. 

When you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to your programme through the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial-period refunds or credits for unused content.

Fixed price training programmes purchased on FITR cannot be cancelled and are subject to our Digital Product Refund Policy. 

Pregnancy Training Programme - Exception

If you know your Pregnancy Training Programme is due to finish (i.e. you will run out of Hatch Athletic content part way through the next billing cycle. Please go ahead and continue to cancel your subscription and email us at info@hatchathletic.com. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis and a refund for the weeks unfulfilled by us will be issued.

How to cancel:

Simply head to 'My Purchases' to do this. To get to 'My Purchases';

  • Log onto https://app.fitr.training/ via a web browser

  • Head to the drop-down profile menu and select 'Billing'

    Use the action menu to the right of each program to see the available options. This will include, depending on the program and status:

    • Cancel Subscription

    • Resume Subscription

Fixed Price Purchases

Hatch Athletic fixed-price purchases/programmes delivered by the Hatch Athletic app (including Coaching Certifications) cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please refer to our Digital Product Refund Policy.  


Digital Product Refunds Policy

All digital product purchases made on Hatch Athletic are non-refundable, once they have been delivered to you. As all of our products are digital, they are deemed “used” after purchase or download and therefore we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us at info@hatchathletic.com to discuss a resolution.

Refunds will not be offered for part-months, or part-years' subscriptions i.e. cancellation partway through a billing cycle.

Pregnancy Training Programme - Exception
