30 unique functional fitness workouts per trimester (90 total). Non-progressive training keeps you exceptionally fit, strong and mobile. Dip in and dip out, you choose how often or how little.
50-60min workouts for functional fitness gym spaces. Each workout includes strength, accessory and sweaty Workout of the Day (WOD).
MAP Online Pregnancy Programming included 'on us' (worth £75). This incredible pregnancy mobility programme comes FREE with every enrolment.
Access easily via mobile site or Hatch Athletic app. Do the workouts in order or search for workout structures or movements: i.e. squat, EMOM, mono-structural, gentle, challenge, etc. 'Star" and re-do favourites.

FAQs
What kit do I need for the Pregnancy Training Programme? +
In order to get the most from HATCH pregnancy programming, you will need access to a range of gym equipment. This is so that we can continue to challenge you in new ways as your pregnancy progresses. We add in more fun stuff as you go, we don't take things away! You can buy kit at a 10% discount using the code BULLDOGHATCH here: Bulldog Gear.
What's the format? +
The course is delivered using the Kajabi platform, which will allow you access with a username and password when you enrol. From there, you can access your course videos, each lasting between 5-15 minutes long, most are around 7 minutes. The course is mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop friendly.
Is the course for me? +
The course is designed for athletic women, and coaches of athletes, who are either pregnant or trying to conceive. The most relevant sports to this course are high intensity functional fitness, HIIT, CrossFit® training or weight-training. You do NOT need to be a competitive or professional athlete.
How long do I have access to the course for? +
12 months! The reason it's not longer is we want your research to be very up to date - it's what we do. Please watch at your own pace and revisit as needed. (Sharing your account with other athletes is prohibited and may result in losing access to your account).
Is there any personalised pregnancy advice available? +
Yep! Add-on a 1-to-1 consultation with Kat for £60 at the checkout for personalised advice.
Is there a community Facebook group that accompanies the course? +
Yes! Our Hatch Athletic community is full of like-minded athletic mamas and mamas to be. We also have lots of healthcare professionals in there too. The community not only supports you through pregnancy but in postpartum training too.
I have a complication in my pregnancy. Can I do the course? +
If you have pregnancy complications you MUST seek the advice of your medical professional prior to sitting the course.

She runs her own clinic alongside Hatch Athletic, supporting active women through every life stage, and lives in Wiltshire with her husband and two children.
