How can I be a sign up for free stuff? +
Becoming a member of our Members Hub is free, you get 3 free downloads from our resources library
Why do I have to pay to download resources in the Members Hub? +
As part of our Members Hub everyone gets 3 free downloads. If you wish to access more content, you may pay a monthly subscription to get access to our entire content library, which is constantly being added to!
How long do I have access to Members Hub content for? +
For as long as you're subscribed. If you cancel your subscription, your Members Area will revert to your free account, with your original 3 free downloads.
Can I try a programme before buying it? +
Our FORM and FLY programmes have 7 day free trials, and shortly our HATCH Pregnancy Training Programme will too. In the meantime, for HATCH Pregnancy and HATCH Postpartum programmes, we've offered sample workouts on the product pages and if you'd like further information, please contact us at info@hatchathletic.com.
What kit do I need to do a Hatch Athletic programme? +
Each training programme has different kit requirements. Please refer to the individual programme page for a full kit list for each programme. We do have a kit partner, Bulldog Gear, with a 10% discount coupon for you at checkout BULLDOGHATCH.
How do I access a programme/course I've bought? +
You'll see all your active programmes and courses in the Members' Hub dashboard. You can access your product from here OR download the relevant app for your product. If you have a Coaching Certification, Pregnant Athlete Course 3.0, Pregnancy Training Programme, or Postpartum Training Programme, you can download the Hatch Athletic app. If you have subscribed to FORM or FLY you will need to download FITR Client app. Any questions about accessing your products, just email us at info@hatchathletic.com.
Is there a community Facebook Group? +
Yes! Our Hatch Athletic Community is full of like-minded athletes and coaches. We also have lots of healthcare professionals in there too. See you there!
How do I edit payment details in my account? +
This will depend which platform you originally processed your payment. Please refer to "Updating your Payment Details" in our Billing, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
How do I redeem a coupon? +
If you have a coupon code, you can input this at the time of checkout for your discount to be applied.
How can I cancel or modify my purchase or subscription? +
