Responsible Use of Our Website and Services
By accessing the Hatch Athletic website and using any of our programs, content, tools, downloads, videos, services, or other materials (referred to here as “Resources”), you agree to use them only for their intended purposes, in line with this User Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.
a. Accurate Info
To access certain resources, you may need to provide personal details (such as your name and contact information). You agree that all information you submit will be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Please see our Data Protection & Privacy Policies for further information.
b. Your Account, Your Responsibility
If you create an account with us, you’re responsible for keeping your login details private. Anything that happens under your account is your responsibility.
c. No Copycats
Reproducing, reselling, or distributing our content or programs without permission is strictly prohibited.
d. If You Break the Rules
If your actions cause damage, legal trouble, or loss for Hatch Athletic, you may be held legally responsible for those outcomes.
Community Contributions & Communication Tools
We offer features like blog comments, discussion areas, reviews, and community forums. These are open spaces for connection, not monitored 24/7. If you choose to post in these areas, you’re agreeing to do so responsibly.
You must not share or post content that:

Is illegal, abusive, threatening, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or explicit

Infringes on someone else’s intellectual property

Contains spam, promotional content, or unsolicited advertising

Pretends to be someone you’re not — including Hatch Athletic team members
We reserve the right to remove any content we believe is offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or doesn’t align with our values — even if we don’t catch it right away.
By posting publicly on our site or in our communities, you grant Hatch Athletic the right to use that content (e.g. for marketing, reviews, etc.) in a way that’s respectful and aligned with our brand. This doesn’t include private account data or registration details, which we treat with full confidentiality.
Purchase Terms & Conditions
The purchase of products and services through the Hatch Athletic is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Digital Product Licensing
All Hatch Athletic resources — including training programs, PDF downloads, eBooks, videos, and in-app content — are licensed to a single user. By purchasing, you agree not to copy, share, distribute, or transfer any digital product to another individual or platform.
PureGym Coaches
PureGym trainers accessing HATCH COACH as part of the PureGym licensing agreement are considered and treated equally as a paid HATCH COACH member. Admittance to the HATCH COACH community and lifetime CPD is included. A renewal fee of £175 every two years is applicable to renew a HATCH COACH certificate - as per our normal HATCH COACH pathway, which will include a renewal exam, and these terms include all PureGym referred members.
Payments
All transactions on www.hatchathletic.com are processed securely through trusted third-party services such as Stripe, PayPal, Apple, and Google. Hatch Athletic does not store your credit card details. Please refer to the terms of service for these platforms for more details on their processing policies.
All transactions for training programmes on FITR.com are processed through FITR's payment portal. Please refer to the terms of service for FITR for more details on their processing policies. For information on how to cancel your FITR programme purchase please see below.
Billing, Cancellations & Refunds
Billing Cycle
Your Hatch Athletic membership will automatically renew based on your selected plan — monthly, or annually — and you’ll be billed on the same calendar day each period unless you cancel in advance.
If your renewal date falls on a day that doesn’t occur in a given month (e.g. the 31st), your payment will be processed on the closest applicable day.
Updating your Payment Details
If you are wanting to update the details of a purchase made within Hatch Athletic Members Hub/Account please click the link within your members hub to be taken to Stripe in order to adjust these.
If you are wanting to update the details of a purchase made with FITR:
Simply head to 'My Purchases' to do this. To get to 'My Purchases';

Click your profile picture in the top right.

Head to 'Billing'

Head to the payment methods tab.
You'll see the options to add new cards and make changes to cards already linked to your account. To clarify, the update button only allows you to update the billing address. To change / add a new card, please press 'add new payment information'. If you're a client on a subscription based program, the system will automatically attempt to make payment from your new card (assuming set as default). You'll also see the ability to add your billing information. This information will appear on all invoices and receipts after you've added it.
Modifications, Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Members Hub Subscriptions
All Hatch Athletic members area subscriptions are set to auto-renew. If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges.
When you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to your content through the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial-period refunds or credits for unused content.
Once a member has unsubscribed they will no longer have access to the content they had as a subscribed member. Members will always have access to their 3 free downloads, in the order they first downloaded them.

FITR Training Programmes / FITR Subscriptions
All Hatch Athletic programme subscriptions on FITR are set to auto-renew. If you wish to cancel, you must do so via https://app.fitr.training/ at least 48 hours prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges.
When you cancel, you’ll continue to have access to your programme through the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer partial-period refunds or credits for unused content.
Fixed price training programmes purchased on FITR cannot be cancelled and are subject to our Digital Product Refund Policy.
Fixed Price Purchases
Hatch Athletic fixed-price purchases/programmes delivered by the Hatch Athletic app (including Coaching Certifications) cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please refer to our Digital Product Refund Policy
T-Shirt and Merchandise Purchases
All t-shirt and merchandise orders are processed directly with an external drop-shipping firm called Printful.com. These purchases are therefore liable to Printful.com return/refund policy, as below:
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When Printful.com receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to us at Hatch Athletic. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.
Wrong Address
If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer
Unfortunately due to placing direct orders through a third party, we are unable to offer refunds for orders for buyer’s remorse, returns or size exchanges. Customers requiring a new size would need to place a new order in another size.
Digital Product Refunds Policy
All digital product purchases made on Hatch Athletic are non-refundable, once they have been delivered to you. As all of our products are digital, they are deemed “used” after purchase or download and therefore we cannot accept any request for refunds. This includes the Postpartum Training Programme, Pregnancy Training Programmes, and Coaching Certifications. In the case where a purchase error is made please contact us at info@hatchathletic.com to discuss a resolution.
Refunds will not be offered for part-months, or part-years' subscriptions i.e. cancellation partway through a billing cycle.
Pregnancy Training Programme - Please note
Pregnancy can be a difficult and unpredictable time and we do recognise that not all who will purchase a Pregnancy Training Programme will be able to complete the programming for a variety of reasons. Hatch Athletic Ltd cannot be held responsible for incomplete programmes or changes in circumstances. The Pregnancy Training Programme is a digital product which is delivered in its entirety upon purchase, therefore we adhere to our Digital Product Policy and we cannot ordinarily offer refunds for Pregnancy Training Programmes. From time to time, a programme will not be accessed at all due to extenuating circumstances. In these cases we will review your request or a refund on a case-by-case basis.

The information provided through all Hatch Athletic products, services and resources — is intended for your general knowledge only and must not be considered a substitute for individual, personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

The Resources provided are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical advice, medical diagnosis, or medical treatment. Always consult your GP, physiotherapist, or healthcare provider before starting a new fitness program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, have osteoporosis, amenorrhea or a pre-existing condition, or are recovering from injury or surgery. -
No Guarantees or Warranties
All Hatch Athletic content and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without guarantees, warranties, or assurances of any kind — express or implied — including any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, health outcomes, or results. We do not guarantee that you will achieve specific goals, improvements, or benefits through use of our programs or advice. -
Assumption of Risk
Participating in any exercise or physical activity carries inherent risk. You acknowledge that not all exercises are suitable for every individual, and you agree that if you choose to perform any movement or follow any advice from Hatch Athletic, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for using sound judgment, listening to your body, and modifying exercises as needed. -
Injury Prevention and Execution
Proper form and execution are essential to preventing injury. It is your responsibility to ensure you are moving safely and appropriately, and to stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or any other warning sign that something is wrong. We recommend seeking in-person professional guidance where necessary. -
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hatch Athletic, including its directors, coaches, staff, content creators, and affiliated professionals, shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from your participation in any of our programs, use of our resources, or reliance on any of the information we provide. -
Personal Responsibility
By accessing and using Hatch Athletic services, you accept full responsibility for your own physical and mental wellbeing. You agree to release and discharge Hatch Athletic from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of your participation.
If you have any concerns about your ability to safely complete any Hatch Athletic training, please consult your healthcare provider before continuing.
Copyrites & Trademarks
All content and materials available on hatchathletic.com and via our apps (i.e. Hatch Athletic Kajabi app) and affiliated services (i.e programmes on FITR), including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of Hatch Athletic Ltd, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorised by Hatch Athletic Ltd.
