What is Hatch+?

Hatch+ is a monthly membership giving you access to the Hatch Training Community and the full resource library inside the Hatch Athletic app. Every ebook, seminar and video interview, plus monthly live sessions with Kat and Aby, exclusive events, secret sales, and a community of thousands of pregnant and postpartum athletes and healthcare professionals.

Do I need a Hatch programme to join?

No. Hatch+ is a standalone membership. You can join without having any other Hatch programme. If you do have a programme, everything lives together in the same app.

How do I access it?

Via the Hatch Athletic app on iOS or Android, or through any desktop or mobile browser. Once you've subscribed you'll get a welcome email with your login details to get started.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Is this the same community included with a Hatch programme?

Yes, same community. If you're on a Hatch programme your community access is included for the length of that programme. Hatch+ is how you access it standalone, or keep it going afterwards.
