What is it? Hatch brings you our cutting edge, physio-led, research-based pregnancy training video course for performance-driven women. This is no-nonsense, transparent, relevant and practical advice for uncomplicated pregnancies. 3.0 is the newest version and is also our pre-requisite course for our Pregnancy Training Programme.

What's the format? +

The course is delivered using the Kajabi platform, which will allow you access with a username and password when you enrol. From there, you can access your course videos, each lasting between 5-15 minutes long, most are around 7 minutes. The course is mobile, tablet, laptop and desktop friendly.

Is the course for me? +

The course is designed for athletic women, and coaches of athletes, who are either pregnant or trying to conceive. The most relevant sports to this course are high intensity functional fitness, HIIT, CrossFit® training or weight-training. You do NOT need to be a competitive or professional athlete.

How long do I have access to the course for? +

12 months! The reason it's not longer is we want your research to be very up to date - it's what we do. Please watch at your own pace and revisit as needed. (Sharing your account with other athletes is prohibited and may result in losing access to your account).

Is there any personalised pregnancy advice available? +

Yep! Add-on a 1-to-1 consultation with Kat for £60 at the checkout for personalised advice.

Is there a community Facebook group that accompanies the course? +

Yes! Our Hatch Athletic community is full of like-minded athletic mamas and mamas to be. We also have lots of healthcare professionals in there too. The community not only supports you through pregnancy but in postpartum training too.

I have a complication in my pregnancy. Can I do the course? +

If you have pregnancy complications you MUST seek the advice of your medical professional prior to sitting the course.

Founder of Hatch & Women's Health Physiotherapist

Kat is a women’s health physiotherapist specialising in athletic populations, with a background as a competitive CrossFit athlete, coach, and PT. She runs her own clinic alongside Hatch Athletic, supporting active women through every life stage, and lives in Wiltshire with her husband and two children.

Dr Carys Webster

Sport & Exercise Medicine Doctor

Carys Webster is an NHS doctor with a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine, passionate about training and preventative health. She works with British Gymnastics, Premiership Rugby, and the Department of Health to promote physical activity and performance.

Aby is a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and the creator of our HATCH COACH certification. With over a decade in Sports Medicine and a background as a national-level track and field athlete, known for her performance-focused approach to rehab.
