Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Team Hatch! We’re delighted to have you on board. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for your participation as a Hatch Influencer or Affiliate. Please read carefully, as accepting this agreement confirms your commitment to working with us in accordance with these terms.

1. Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of Team Hatch, you agree to:

1.1 Carry out your duties in line with your assigned tier – Affiliate, Partner, or Ambassador – including sharing content, promoting programs or products, and engaging with your audience as agreed.

1.2 Maintain integrity and alignment with the Hatch brand – content should reflect our ethos, values, and focus on evidence-led women’s strength and performance.

1.3 Comply with all applicable laws and guidelines – including advertising, disclosure, and sponsorship rules relevant to your country.

1.4 Provide accurate reporting – where applicable, you will supply analytics, performance metrics, or campaign results as requested by Hatch.

1.5 Respect confidentiality – all Hatch program materials, content, and internal communications are confidential and should not be shared outside the scope of your agreement without prior written consent.

2. Hatch’s Rights and Obligations

2.1 Hatch reserves the right to:

Review, approve, or request edits to any content created in association with Hatch.
Pause, revoke, or terminate your participation if we feel your conduct or content does not align with the brand or agreed-upon responsibilities.
Adjust your assigned tier, benefits, or obligations as needed, with notice provided.

2.2 Hatch will provide:

Access to promotional materials, affiliate links, discount codes, or educational content required to carry out your duties.
Guidance and support to ensure your participation is successful and aligned with Hatch’s goals.

3. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Hatch may terminate immediately if:

You fail to carry out your duties as outlined in your tier agreement.
You act in a way that is materially detrimental to the Hatch brand or reputation.
You breach any part of this agreement.

Upon termination, all Hatch materials, codes, and assets must be returned or deactivated immediately.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, images, videos, and other materials provided by Hatch remain the property of Hatch. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use them in connection with your role as a Hatch Influencer or Affiliate.

Content you create in connection with your role may be used by Hatch for marketing or educational purposes, with proper credit where possible.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

You agree to keep all Hatch internal information confidential and to only use personal or client data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This includes respecting privacy when sharing testimonials, client stories, or campaign results.

6. Acceptance

By signing below, you confirm that you:

Have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
Commit to carrying out your responsibilities as a Hatch Influencer or Affiliate with integrity and alignment with our values.
