What kit do I need?

Is this programme for me?
Yes — if you're an athletic woman who is pregnant or trying to conceive and loves functional fitness, CrossFit, HIIT, or weight training. You don't need to be a competitive or professional athlete. You just need to love to train and want to keep doing it safely.
How do I access the programme?
Via the Hatch app (powered by Kajabi) on iOS or Android, or through any mobile or desktop browser. Once you've purchased you'll receive a welcome email with your login details and instructions to get started.
How long do I have access?
