Hatch Affiliate Terms & Conditions

We’re so excited to have you as part of Team Hatch, a community built to raise the standard of training for women everywhere. These Terms & Conditions set out exactly what you can expect from us, and what we ask from you in return. Please read them carefully before clicking accept. 

What you get

As a Hatch Affiliate, you’ll receive:

• Your own unique discount code to share with your community and track referrals.

• Recognition as an official Hatch Affiliate, with opportunities to be featured on our channels and website.

• An asset bundle including visuals, captions, and branding to make promotion simple.

• Exclusive perks and rewards for top-performing affiliates.

• Access to a dashboard to monitor your performance, traffic, and growth.

• Opportunities to progress into Partner or Ambassador status as you hit milestones.

We want this to be a partnership that helps you grow, while empowering more women, and coaches, to access high-quality training and education.

What we ask for

As part of the Hatch Affiliate team, we ask you to:

• Share one grid post or reel per quarter highlighting your connection with Hatch.

• Post one to two stories per quarter mentioning Hatch or sharing updates.

• Tag @hatch_athletic and include your discount code in relevant posts or stories.

Quality always comes first. We’d rather see authentic, meaningful content than frequent posts that don’t reflect your genuine voice.

Your role & responsibilities

As a Hatch Affiliate, you agree to:

1. Represent the brand with integrity. Your content should align with Hatch's values.

2. Be transparent. Disclose your affiliate relationship in line with your country’s advertising and influencer guidelines.

3. Stay engaged. Use the provided assets, share relevant updates, and keep in touch with the Hatch team.

4. Maintain confidentiality. Do not share internal materials, course content, or communications publicly.

5. Uphold our values. Avoid any content that is discriminatory, harmful, or misaligned with the Hatch mission.

Our role & commitment to you

You can count on us to provide:

• Guidance and support to help you succeed in your role.

• Access to promotional materials and content to promote Hatch authentically.

• Recognition and visibility for your efforts within the community.

• Transparent communication around benefits, tiers, and partnership opportunities.

Termination

Either party may end this agreement with written notice at any time.
Hatch may terminate immediately if:

• You breach these terms or act in a way that conflicts with our values.

• Confidential or internal materials are shared externally.

• Your agreed responsibilities are not fulfilled after reminders.

Once the agreement ends, any Hatch materials, codes, or assets must be discontinued immediately.

Intellectual property

All Hatch logos, images, and materials remain the property of Hatch Athletic. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use them while participating in the program.

By posting Hatch-related content, you grant us permission to share or feature it across our channels, with appropriate credit.

Confidentiality & data protection

You agree to handle all internal information and data responsibly, in line with applicable privacy laws. Only share testimonials, images, or stories where explicit permission has been given.

Acceptance

By joining the Hatch Affiliate Program, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.

• Agree to represent Hatch with authenticity, professionalism, and integrity.

• Are ready to help raise the standard of coaching for women everywhere.
