Hatch Influencer Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Team Hatch we’re so excited to have you join our Influencer team.

Below you’ll find exactly what you get as part of this programme, what we ask from you, and how we’ll work together.

What you get

As an Influencer, you’ll receive:

50% off the HATCH COACH Certification course, or 50% off any one Hatch product of your choice.
Your own Influencer discount code to share with your community and track referrals.
Priority access to upcoming content and resources, including sneak peeks and feature opportunities.
An Influencer asset bundle - branded visuals, captions, and resources to make content creation seamless.

What we ask for

To make the partnership shine, we ask that you:

Share two grid posts or reels per quarter featuring Hatch.
Post two to three stories per month mentioning or tagging Hatch.
Use your influencer code and tag @hatch_athletic in all relevant posts.
Optionally include a blog or YouTube mention if that fits your content style.

We encourage creativity, make it your own, keep it authentic, and speak to your audience in your unique voice.

Your role & responsibilities

As a Hatch Influencer, you agree to:

Represent the brand authentically. All content should reflect Hatch's values of empowerment, education, and strength without compromise.
Be transparent. Clearly disclose your partnership in line with local advertising and influencer guidelines.
Stay engaged. Maintain regular communication with the Hatch team and share upcoming opportunities or ideas for collaboration.
Respect confidentiality. Any internal materials or communication should remain private.
Protect the brand. Avoid posting content that could be harmful, misleading, or misaligned with our mission.

Our commitment to you

We’ll support you every step of the way by providing:

Access to new campaigns and collaborations before wider release.
Ongoing communication and creative support to help your content thrive.
Recognition and visibility across our community and channels.
Transparent updates on future partnership tiers and opportunities to grow with us.

Termination

Either party may end this agreement with written notice.
Hatch may terminate immediately if:

You breach any part of this agreement.
Content is created that negatively impacts the Hatch brand.
Agreed deliverables are not met after reminders.

Once the agreement ends, all codes, materials, and assets must be discontinued immediately.

Intellectual property

All Hatch branding, visuals, and content remain the property of Hatch Athletic.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use them for the duration of your influencer agreement.

By creating Hatch-related content, you grant us permission to repost, feature, or share it across our channels, with credit to you.

Confidentiality & data protection

All Hatch internal information must remain confidential. You agree to handle personal and client data responsibly, in line with applicable privacy laws.

Only share testimonials or client stories where explicit consent has been obtained.

Acceptance

By joining the Hatch Influencer Programme, you confirm that you:

Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
Agree to represent Hatch with authenticity, professionalism, and care.
Are excited to be part of a global movement redefining how women train.
