Loryn's Menopause Story

CrossFit coach and Taekwondo instructor Loryn was diagnosed with stage 2 cervical cancer at 26, leading to an early, medically induced menopause. She talks to us about the stigma she faced being 'too young' to have gone through menopause, being refused HRT and what training, and life, looks like for her now.
