Prolapse, Training and The Postpartum Athlete
HATCH COACH March CPD
In this webinar, Aby Tobin (women’s health physiotherapist and HATCH COACH lead) is joined by Ellie to share the story of Ellie’s return to military training after experiencing a postpartum pelvic organ prolapse.
Aby talks through the clinical approach behind Ellie’s rehabilitation, including prolapse management, progressive loading and how capacity was rebuilt to support a return to demanding physical training. Ellie shares her experience of navigating recovery in her own body — what returning to training felt like physically and mentally, and how confidence was rebuilt along the way.
