First Trimester — Upper body strength

Carry on training as you were — with intention. Strict press, accessory work, and a fun 3-part AMRAC to finish.

T2

Second Trimester — Lower body & carry

Barbell reverse lunges, Bird Dog Rows, and a carry-and-wall ball WOD. Strong and properly loaded.

T3

Third Trimester — Pregnant Ode to Helen

A modified CrossFit benchmark. Because why not? KB swings, ring rows, and bike — for quality, not time.
