What is it? Led by Aoife Burke, an expert in evidence-based women's performance programming, FORM gives you fun and challenging functional fitness workouts whilst supporting you to achieve hormonal balance, improve energy, metabolism, recovery and performance.
Who's it for? For women who:
- Want to achieve a better balance in their training, whilst continuing to progress
- Want to train to support their hormones, and have more regular or less symptomatic periods
- Are trying to conceive and want more predictable cycles
- Have completed their postpartum training with HATCH and want ongoing programming
- Have access to the minimal kit requirements
- Have carved out 60 minutes, 4-5 times a week to exercise
